Maurizio Paschetta is the owner of a Barolo Wine (produced in Serralunga D'alba, 1961) marked with DOC wine certification, which is a certification introduced in Italy in 1960 to prevent counterfeit wine-making. The wine is currently stored and displayed in the folk museum "Robe Veje", owned by Luigi Varrone in the town of Fontanelle Boves, Italy.
