水族端节，水历十二月（农历八月）至水历新年二月（农历十月）期间，以亥日为主要端节，亦有午、未、申、酉、戌日为端节的节期，按古老惯例分地区、分七期分批轮流过节，每期七天，前后共49天。2017年1月11日，经世界纪录认证官方审核，该节日被确认为“世界最长的传统节日”。
