2018年2月3日，在中国扬州电视台《风采少年》电视节目中，来自中国扬州市的周雨萌（生日2013-01-03）现场成功盲拧还原三阶魔方，用时2分23秒。经世界纪录认证机构审核确认，周雨萌打破原有纪录成绩，刷新了最小年龄盲拧还原三阶魔方世界纪录。

On the 3rd February 2018, Zhou Yumeng (born on 3rd January 2013) from Yangzhou city, China, successfully composed and restored the Rubik's cube blindfolded in Yangzhou city's TV show “Graceful Youth”. The time for finishing the challenge was 2 minutes 23 seconds. The World Record Certification Agents authenticated that Zhou Yumeng's performance broke the previous record, and created a new world record of the youngest person to blindfolded compose and restore the Rubik's cube.
